1-on-1 Personal Training

With this type of training, you will get individual attention as well as a program completely customized to your goals, availability, motivation, equipment, and financial situation. Each session lasts from 50-60 mins, includes a warm-up, lifting and/or cardio, and a cool down. This type of training also comes with extra workouts or “homework” at no added cost. I wish I could train with my clients every single day, but I know that’s not possible! So having access to these extra workouts (which you can access through my TrueCoach app) will really accelerate your progress, and help you create that habit of a healthy, active lifestyle!
