Frequently Asked Questions

How long are sessions?

Sessions are 45 - 60 mins long. This is plenty of time for us to get done what we need to get done!

Why should I choose you as a trainer?

First off, I genuinely care about your success and enjoyment through out this process! That may sound like a given but some trainers are only in this profession for the money, where as I view it as my long term career, and a amazing opportunity to change peoples lives. Also, I will teach you the things we do and why we do them. Why is that? So whenever we do stop training together, you will be armed with the knowledge and skills to confidently step into a gym and build a purposeful workout. All good things must come to an end, so when that time does come, hopefully you will walk away with more than just physical results!

I am coming off a serious injury, can you still train me?

Absolutely. I will contact your doctor or physical therapist to get as much information as I can about your injury and recovery, and then make the proper modifications to your workout program. I gladly welcome someone coming off an injury because it challenges me as a trainer to get creative while still pursuing progress.

What do I do on the days we are not training together?

I will send you homework every week! This can range from 30 mins of stretching, to a easy 2 mile jog, to a full blown workout with warmup, exercises, and cool down. It all depends on what your goals and motivation are.

Can you give me meal plans?

I cannot give meal plans as I am not a registered dietician. I can give nutritional advice that is beneficial for everyone and help you create healthy eating behaviors.
